This hotel has some excellent aspects, particularly the friendly and helpful staff, especially Natasha, who made my stay feel welcoming. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the location is conveniently situated in the city center. However, the room I stayed in was quite small with some maintenance issues, which impacted my overall experience.
